Joanna will be back from her teaching assignment in Africa so be quick to book into her Everyday Moments and Multi-Photo layout classes. They're both great classes for those of you who love to get lots of photos on a page without too much fuss!

Another class to help you to get lots of photos into your album is Kim's Scrapbook Large Events Quickly!! Are you overwhelmed at the thought of organising your hundreds of photos and don't know where to start?  Then this theory-based class is for you! Kim will show you how to organise and cull your photos; how to choose the ones to enlarge and how to get them into an album quickly! After she'd sorted and culled her photos, Kim completed a 12x12 album in just 8 hours! Be quick to book into this class on 31st Aug as there are only a few spots left!

 Another change you might notice on the timetable is the name of some classes. Scraptical Magic and Scrap with Nancy are now known as Scrapper's Workshop. The format is still the same- bring along any photos you like and Nancy will design a layout for you to do during the class.

We have another new teacher at Scrapbook HQ and another new class!! Lisa Warren who will be teaching Easy as 1-2-3 every month for us. One sketch, two hours, three projects!! How easy is that??!! Hi Scrappers!!

We have a fantastic opportunity to grab a Primadonna to teach at Scrapbook HQ in September! Primadonnas are Prima Endorsed Educators, teachers who design & teach for Prima  Marketing.  And we all love Prima here at Scrapbook HQ. If we have enough interest from our customers we will book Trisha Ladouceur to teach here at SHQ. Trisha is lots of fun and a very enthusiatic teacher. Her classes are always a great experience. You can check out Trisha's work at www.primamarketinginc.com and www.trishaladouceur.blogspot.com She will be coming all the way from Canada to teach at only 5 stores in Australia! Trisha has designed several of the new Prima acrylic Build-A-Books with ribbon, flowers, My Minds Eye papers and bling just for her Australian stores!!  Classes would last 3 hours & cost $100 all-inclusive. You would receive a kit with everything in it to customise the book to your taste under Trisha's direction (and have some leftover product to take home) The dates we are looking at are Sept 17-20, probably 2 or 3 classes. Places will be strictly limited as we have to buy the kits beforehand.

Thank you to all our beautiful and generous customers who have made this last week so memorable. Last Thurs 22nd May Toni hosted Australia's Biggest Morning Tea at Scrapbook HQ. As usual the cakes and goodies were delicious and plentiful. And thanks to our very generous customers and friends we were able to raise over $1000 for The Cancer Council!!!

We are still recovering from our retreat at The Tops last weekend. Lots of scrapping, laughing, dancing, shopping, Pink everything and not much sleep! We have such wonderfully fun customers, all the work was worth it!! And we raised $450 for the NBCF (The National Breast Cancer Foundation), our charity for the weekend. Thank you to all of you who made the effort to dress up (and down!!) in pink, especially those who don't normally wear that colour. Black is the new pink!! Right Margaret?? Bookings are now open for our October retreat but places are filling very fast. You'll need a $50 deposit to hold your spot. Give us a call at HQ if you're interested.
